Modi is a hero who is yet to fall from a height where upstairs is hard to find. Mismanagement with public money, a controversial bidding procedure, specific group lobbying, misplacing key documents, partying at IPL nights, happily tweeting secrets in the midst of these controversies are some of his activities carrying eyeballs of IT...
The self-appointed IPL commissioner has triggered an IT raid for the first time in the history of BCCI functioning which itself is enough to strip him off from IPL ( for which MODI is demanding a 2/3rd majority....dint ask for that while getting himself appointed).
But NO ONE IS PERFECT. We are in a country where
- Proven Match Fixer like MOHAMMED AZHARUDDIN have won election from the Moradabad constituency of UP to Lok Sabha...
- Ajay jadeja is analysing cricket after his fixing days were brought to an end...
- Navjot singh sidhu is happily laughing his ass out in a reality show after getting convicted in a murder case (also a MP from Amritsar)
- Shibu Soren (the biggest naxalite of our country) is the Chief Minister of Jharkhand state.
...and there are many more...
As I have already mentioned "Indians tend to forget things easily" and hope the case remains the same for MODI too...
The way IPL was conceptualized in the year 2008 and then marketed internationally in 2009, very few Indians would want MODI to die a dog's death (those are within BCCI). I am not one of them and want to njoy IPL-4 sans controversies...Long-live MODI...
dude...I saw a few hints of praise for BCCI above...tell u wat, BCCI is as involved in this money-minting shit as Modi...like you said, one man can't self proclaim wealth and power and get away merrily wagging his tail....He is bound to go down...but not alone! one thing very likely possible is sumbody shooting him down b4 he can spill d beans for d bcci counterparts...(btw modi ke bete ko dekha hai ? nerul gao ka chhapri lagta hai)
ReplyDeleteas for my final verdict, if IPL goes down, I will have my kind sympathies for the poor cheerleaders who wouldn't hav gotten such attention from millions of divine followers anywhere else on the planet.
even i am not a gr8 supporter of BCCI dude..I am the biggest critic of INDIAN CRICKET (u must be knowing that :-) )...But i dont want modi to get targetted in this race for moolah...
ReplyDeleteand wat u said is rite...there are ofcourse many biggies behind this muck who are trying for a safe escape. Employment of many wuld be hampered if IPL is banned which I am sure wont happen..and hopefully MODI comes back.
